Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy valid for 30 days, Customer pay return postage or dropoff to ur local store.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange in normal circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH ANY ASPECT OF YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE ALLOW US THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES BEFORE LEAVING LOW SCORES OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK 

1) It is our policy to firstly replace incorrect or faulty items before we refund. You will be asked for a photo with further information of the sent item and the original part to validate our claim.
  
2) Due to the longer warranty, we now give – without any increase in the base price, unfortunately for us to afford to be able to give such fantastically long warranties, the cost of returning the part must be carried by the buyer – unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed by ourselves.
  
3) Refunds may take up to 5-days to appear on your statement from the date on which they were actioned. The method of refund will typically be the same as that used to pay (credit card payments cannot normally be refunded via cheque or cash for example).
   
4) We need to have received all relevant parts (whether correct, incorrect or faulty) back at our premises for inspection before we can make the appropriate decision. This is a procedure that takes time and will not be hurried.   

5) It is the customers? responsibility to send items back via either recorded or special delivery means in order to obtain a tracking number and signature – proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.   

6) For all items to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers’ responsibility to keep them in a safe environment & return them in as near to the same condition in which they were supplied as possible.   

7) Orders cancelled prior or after dispatch & parts wrongly ordered/ correctly supplied but no longer wanted may be subject upto a 25% handling charge/ restocking fee. Some parts may occur some additional labour cost/charges.
   
8) Pre-orders suppliers parts may only eligible for a credit note.   

9) Multiple orders which contain one or more incorrect or damaged item will be offered a replacement or refund for the incorrect items only ? not the whole order.

10) Please note, Some items may take a few extra days to for pre-order or dispatch depending on the stock at the time of the order. If the item is not in stock and needs a pre-order, this can take 2-10 days Maximum before we dispatch or hand over the item.
